Welcome to the website of the Collection Law Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
As one of the largest sections of the HSBA, we have both regular members (HSBA attorney members) and associate members (non-HSBA members). The Section focuses on educational, legislative, and networking projects and programs. Our officers, directors, and other Section members have devoted countless hours to ensure the success of these activities.
If you are interested in joining or in being active in the Section, please contact us.
Aloha,
Steven Guttman
